Message-ID: The meeting is on the 16th and is still listed as Topic TBA on the web site. Any leads? I will be out of town that whole weekend, but I have a new free book that I could hand off to anyone who will be at the meeting. Let me know. Thanks, Jason From ajsheamail at gmail.com Tue Jun 5 17:45:34 2007 From: ajsheamail at gmail.com (adam shea) Date: Tue Jun 5 17:45:38 2007 Subject: TALUG-board: who's running next weekend's meeting? Maybe we can have a distro brag session, a show and tell if you will. Everyone can take turns presenting their favorite distro and why they chose it. I will definitely be at the next meeting. The talug gear (wireless router, etc) is currently residing with me, so I will make sure to bring that stuff to the meeting. An informal distro brag sounds like a good idea in the event of no presentation. With the recent topics about router firmware, it would be nice to have a presentation on that (plus my own personal interest). I'm going to reply to the presentation email, and see if anyone would be interested in making a presentation. adam shea wrote: > I think Andrew will be the only officer in the area. > > Maybe we can have a distro brag session, a show and tell if you will. > Everyone can take turns presenting their favorite distro and why they > chose it. > > What does everyone think? > > -Adam > > On 6/5/07, Jason Bechtel wrote: >> The meeting is on the 16th and is still listed as Topic TBA on the web >> site. Also, there is an index.php.backup that contains the original php for the page, so I can roll back the changes if need be. Please, look at the talug.org/about ... give it a read ... then your blessing or cursing. thanks -adam
